What You'll Do
In-home installations
Cut ceilings, run outlets to attics, and install whole house fans with clean, precise workmanship inside occupied homes.
Roof and attic work
Mount and wire solar attic fans and whole house fans safely and efficiently on residential rooftops and attics.
Duct sealing and testing
Access duct systems, perform diagnostic tests, and execute professional duct sealing procedures.
Customer communication
Walk homeowners through the scope of work, address questions with clarity, and leave every customer confident in what was done.
In-home Installations
Cut ceilings, run outlets to attics, and install whole house fans with clean, precise workmanship inside occupied homes.
Route and time ownership
Arrive ahead of schedule, manage daily routes independently, and maintain the company van to a high standard.

Electrical, construction, or HVAC background. We'll train the right person.
Job Requirements
Physically capable and comfortable in the field. You'll work in attics, on residential rooftops, and in tight crawl spaces. No fear of heights, confined areas, or getting your hands dirty.
2+ years in a customer-facing or technician role. You've worked directly with customers or in a hands-on trade. You know what it means to show up prepared, do the job right, and leave a good impression.
Strong verbal communication skills. You can explain what you're doing and why, in plain language. Homeowners should feel informed and comfortable throughout the job, not left guessing.
Comfortable with company software. We use field operations software to manage jobs, scheduling, and customer records. You don't need to be a tech wizard, but you need to be reliable with digital tools.
Valid Utah driver's license with a clean record. You'll operate a company van daily across the Wasatch Front. Safe, professional driving is non-negotiable.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Equipment and product loads are part of the job. You'll be moving fans, hardware, and gear on a daily basis, sometimes up a ladder.
